Seventy teams are now eligible to play in 2017-2018 bowl games, with another 19 on the cusp of bowl eligibility. Where might everyone end up this postseason?

With more bowl games than ever, and packed into a smaller calendar than recent years, there will be three final glorious weeks of college football to cap a wild 2017 season. Eighty teams will get a shot to claim one final victory, and four will get the chance for the ultimate prize.

We nearly have enough teams to fill out the calendar. At this moment, 70 teams have qualified for the postseason with at least six wins on their season record. Nineteen more have a shot to get to six wins and book their tickets to bowl games.

But where will they all end up when the dust settles on the regular season? Conference affiliations help sort out many of the destinations, though unlike seasons past there is a less rigid bowl hierarchy. That means any number of teams could be headed to a range of destinations.

Let’s sift through all those bowl affiliations and try to puzzle together where everyone will be playing this postseason. Keep reading for the latest projections for all 40 bowl games coming up in December and January.
